A New Experiment
This whole thing.. this business, this idea, this movement, is an experiment. It’s called Ongoing Theory because that’s exactly what it is: an ever-evolving exploration of how we live, work, and show up in the world.
The core belief behind it is simple: when we operate from a place of alignment, when we’re centred and attuned to the intelligence of our whole body, we make better decisions. We move with more clarity, act with more integrity, and connect with more authenticity. And when individuals start doing that, it ripples outward. Better humans create better teams. Better teams build better organisations. And better organisations shape better communities.
This isn’t about perfection or having it all figured out. Quite the opposite. It’s about being honest enough to admit that we’re all figuring it out as we go. It’s about staying curious, Trying new things. Learning through doing. And tuning in, not just to strategy and spreadsheets, but to instinct, rhythm, and presence.
We’re building something here that blurs the lines between business and personal, between professional and spiritual. Because in reality, those lines were never real. The goal isn’t to balance work and life. The goal is balance, full stop. To live in a way that feels more alive, more connected, and more true to ones self. That sounds more fun doesn’t it?
So this is a new experiment. One that invites others in to question how they’re showing up, and asking them to be brave enough to try another way. To keep iterating on what it means to do good work in a good way, and to keep showing up as the fullest version of ourselves. Because living life any other way is just a little lame don’t you think!
Welcome to Ongoing Theory!

Life is one big experiment, like that one time I experimented with a moustache in Mexico.
